Amy Dujon is Vice President of Education Brands at ARC Network, where she supports hundreds of superintendents and district leaders through FETC (Future of Education Technology Conference), District Administration, and the DA Leadership Institute. With 27 years in education, Amy has worked as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district leader, including roles in transformation schools within one of the country’s largest school districts. Her experience spans instructional leadership, school turnaround, and leadership development.
Amy is also the author of The Gritty Truth of School Transformation. Today, she occupies a rare vantage point: no longer solving one district’s problems, but identifying patterns across hundreds. Her work bridges frontline education experience with systems-level infrastructure, helping leaders navigate simultaneous crises and adopt AI thoughtfully, in service of, not instead of, human connection.
