Jason B. Allen is the National Director of Partnerships at the National Parents Union, where he leads the Education Caucus for an organization representing over 2 million individual members and 1,800+ partner organizations.

With 21 years in education as a certified teacher, special educator, former school leader, and district leader, Jason brings clear-eyed experience to the intersection of innovation, family engagement, and educational equity. He also founded and runs Educational Entities LLC, which houses The Educator’s Voice Blog and Students for Equity.

A dedicated advocate for male educators of color, Jason works at the structural level, building the partnerships and frameworks that allow schools and families to make decisions together.
