Aaron Cuny is the Founder and CEO of AI for Equity, where he helps education leaders cut through the hype and make intelligent, ethical decisions about AI. He works with innovative school networks across the country, building the capacity, clarity, and leadership mindsets needed to create a more just future for every student.
Before launching AI for Equity, Aaron co-founded and led Ingenuity Prep Public Charter School, a network that became one of Washington, D.C.’s highest performers for at-risk students under his leadership. He brings nearly two decades of experience across classrooms, school systems, and executive leadership.
Aaron holds an M.A. in Education Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. in English and Economics from the University of North Florida. When he’s not working with district leaders, he’s probably out trail running or chasing after his two daughters.
